Lodged a complaint with Telstra and was advised the device needed android 5.1 or above and that the Telstra Toughmax ZTE 84 operating system was not upgradable. It is possible to reboot the T84 into Safe Mode and the app will run with no issues. Round 5 is now underway and still the same problem on my Telstra tough max! We don't have a time frame at this stage but I will share more information as it is available. I second the Tough Max issue.
